What Makes Our School Different?

We are a non-denominational Christian school in Independence, IA.

Learning rooted in Biblical truth for grades K-8

  • Our teachers are passionate about children getting both a great foundation for academics in the elementary years. Our small class sizes as well as classes based on Biblical truth help set the foundation for academic excellence in middle school.

  • Our teachers pray for, instruct, and lead students to Biblical truth. Each subject is infused with God's word, producing a student that is truly wise.

  • We want our students to have areas to excel at beyond the classroom. We partner with the Independence Community School District to provide great athletic opportunities to our students.

  • Your child will grow spiritually as a result of their time at Liberty Christian School. With weekly chapel services, teachers that pray with and for students, and curriculum centered on God's word, your child will grow spiritually as a result of their time at Liberty.
